Welcome to ShipHit (Reg.name – Petti Ecom India Pvt Ltd). By using our international logistics, courier, or freight forwarding services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure transparency, reliability, and safety for both our customers and employees across all operations.
1. Service Scope
ShipHit provides domestic and international logistics, courier, and freight forwarding services, including pickup, transport, and delivery of goods. All services are subject to local and international shipping laws, customs regulations, and company policies.
2. Shipment Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that:
- All shipment details provided are accurate and complete.
- No prohibited, illegal, or hazardous items are included unless declared and approved under relevant safety standards.
ShipHit reserves the right to inspect, refuse, or hold any shipment that violates regulations or poses a safety risk.
3. Safety & Security Measures
Customer Shipments:
- All shipments are handled under strict security surveillance, with tamper-proof packaging, tracking systems, and digital monitoring.
- Packages are weighed and verified transparently at every checkpoint.
- Insurance options are available to protect against loss or damage during transit.
Employee Safety:
- Employees undergo regular safety training and operate under certified international logistics safety standards.
- The company provides a secure work environment with surveillance, emergency response systems, and protective gear.
- Any form of harassment, misconduct, or unsafe work practice is strictly prohibited and subject to disciplinary action.
4. Liability & Claims
While we handle all shipments with utmost care, liability for loss, delay, or damage is limited to the declared shipment value or as per international carriage laws. Claims for loss or damage must be reported in writing within 7 working days of delivery or the expected delivery date.
5. Data Protection & Privacy
Personal and shipment-related data is collected solely to facilitate delivery and ensure compliance with regulatory authorities. All information is securely stored and handled as per our Privacy Policy.
6. Compliance & Legal Obligations
Both the company and customers must comply with all applicable customs, trade, transport, and labor laws. The company reserves the right to cooperate with law enforcement or customs officials when required.
7. Employee Conduct & Confidentiality
All employees are required to maintain confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism at all times. Customer information, shipment data, and internal operations are strictly confidential and protected under company policy.
8. Force Majeure
ShipHit shall not be liable for any delay, loss, or damage arising from circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, strikes, accidents, or acts of government.

ShipHit reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be available on our website and communicated where appropriate.
